Lean Agile Master Blackbelt

What is it

Our Master Blackbelt Program takes an internship approach, unlike other Lean Belt Certification Programs, where the key focus is on learning in classrooms and kaizens.  Participants apprentice with Lean Sensei coaches in virtual or live company environments.  Instead of class simulations they work in situations with tight restrictions to help deliver solutions to real projects throughout the program.  The various projects that Master Blackbelts work on may include international projects and kaizens - either in-person or virtually.

Key Features

  • A customized internship for each individual, based on their industry, experience and objectives

  • Content that includes training in the Lean Agile Framework, advanced project and kaizen management, and facilitation skills

  • An in-person or virtual visit to world-class companies in Europe that implement and sustain lean in environments of historical significance, product innovation and operational excellence

  • The opportunity to join one of our North American Executive programs at no additional cost
