AI Lean Coaching Certification
ACE: AI Continuous Excellence Program
Introduction
The AI Lean Coaching Certification equips participants with up-to-date knowledge, insights, and practical methods for using AI to accelerate process excellence and continuous improvement programs.
The ACE Program covers three fundamental areas of AI as they apply to coaching, teaching, facilitating, and performing Lean and Agile projects and initiatives.
The first course introduces the fundamentals of how AI impacts the world of Lean and Agile Thinking. It also explains how ACE — AI Continuous Excellence — differs from traditional Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement programs.
After completing the AI Fundamental Certificate, participants may take either the AI Kaizen Certificate or the AI Coaching Certificate in any order. Once all three certificate courses are completed — AI Fundamental, AI Kaizen, and AI Coaching — participants will earn the designation of Certified AI Lean Coach.
The ACE Program is intentionally designed to be non-tool-specific. This means that participants and organizations may use any AI tool of their choice, or any AI tool mandated by their organization, throughout the courses.
This approach helps ensure that the ACE Program remains future-proof, as the methodologies will continue to be effective and meaningful even as new AI tools emerge in the industry.
It is important to note that this is not a general AI program. Instead, it is designed to provide practical and strategic insight into how AI can be used in your Lean, Agile, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement journey.
Participants will learn how to become effective AI Lean Coaches and how to implement Lean and Agile projects using AI tools, methods, and thinking.
